Does detox actualy work? Hell no!

Does it work? Let’s be honest, a detox doesnt allow processed foods or fast food meals so Duh!

You could say that it makes sense if you feel more energetic and more focused when you do a detox. You eliminate all the “bad” foods (from alcohol to processed grains and most dairy) that you actually are stuck with raw ingredients. Hence you get more vitamins and minerals than you normally would get when living the good life.

On the other hand, there are countless people who are just not feeling well during a detox, especially if there is Chlorella in detox (tea).

There are methods that do indeed help you get healthier…but they are not pure “detox”

  • Avoid processed foods
  • Sports and sweating
  • Fruit and vegetables as basic food
  • Lots of water and green tea
  • Less stress and try to sleep well

Well duh. Of course, this leads to a healthier body. regardless of whether it is coupled to the name detox. The choice is always yours, of course.
It’s still just a bunch of broscience, no food wil “cleanse” your body, period!
