Yes and no…if u exercise, the glycogen levels in your muscles and liver are depleted. Great! Only one energy source available… tadaa.. FAT! So wait for a few hours post-workout. Your body will run on pure fat, and when u do eat…alls the nutrients are absorbed better. U wont lose any muscle. That usualy happens after 78 hours of fasting 🙂 so relax and enjoy that extra bit of oxidation!
