Debunked by LabShapers

Several animal studies have hinted the anabolic effect of Fish Oil or Omega-3 Fatty Acids enriched feedings.

mTOR-p70s6k signalling pathway

Researchers speculate that the mechanism by which Omega-3 Fatty Acids can increase muscle growth is via activation of the mTOR-p70s6k signalling pathway in response to feeding. What the… mTOR-p70s6kHey…google it :). The exact mechanism unfortunately remains unknown.

Lot more then the average fish oil supplement

The used Omega-3 dose totalled 1.86 g EPA and 1.5 g DHA, which is a lot higher than what you will get from your average fish oil supplement. Increasing the dosages above normal wont hurt you… It’s just fish oil and far from toxic 🙂 Definitely worth the try.

Fish oil is really cheap

Although we at LabShape remain sceptic about supplements in general, fish oil is really cheap and can be found on every street corner. In addition fish oil also has an anti-inflammatory perk on the side. So as of today, let’s all consume huge amounts of salmon 🙂

Ps: we are not affiliated with salmon industries in any way 🙂
