H2O Miracle Supplement

Water is a Miracle supplement, it is extremely necessary for our bodies.

Many Gym rats underestimate the importance of water in their diet. 3 days without H2O and…you will be in bad shape! (Funeral like)! Try drinking at least two glasses of water every morning ans mind the symptoms of dehydration:

  • Thirsty (logical)
  • Fatigue
  • Dry mouth and dry throat
  • Headaches
  • Absence of hunger
  • Deep yellow urine

Careful with diuretics

For optimal hydration drink a bottle (1l) of water in the morning, take one to work and drink another one in the evening.

Some supplements like creatine & caffeine can cause additional dehydration.

So when you use these you will need to consume even more water. Oh yea…and then there is booze! also a powerful diuretic…

If in state of dehydration, your muscles…AND your entire organism do not restore and rebuild well. So don’t wait to drink until you’re thirsty…Just drink it! Cheers!
