Venezuela’s financial crisis is evolving to a humanitarian one, a survey showed that in the past year more than 75 percent of the population lost an average of 20 pounds due to lack of food.
Once a day
The extreme poor dropped even more weight than that. The survey conducted among 6,500 families found that as many as 32.5 percent eat only once a day. The government managed to fix the price of food below the cost of production and then stood back in amazement as people stopped growing it…
Involuntary mass IF experiment
Let that sink in for a minute. It’s been a while since we last wrote about intermittent fasting. I guess largely because there’s only so much to say about it. Only so much one can extrapolate from our human experience.
In this case however we have an involuntary mass IF experiment.
Intermittent fasting forced upon a population whom does not care about the science behind it.
Benefits to the Venezuelan population
So for these reasons it’s actually fruitful in expanding our knowledge by analysing the data on a impressive scale. IF should bring benefits to the Venezuelan population (if they get ONE decent high caloric meal at least). To be continued!
- Cancer prevention & cellular repair
- Insuline acts like it should
- GH levels explode
- Brain stimulation
- State of mind
That’s all for today, folks. expecting new surveys and studies soon! so stay tuned! 🙂
