Spend max 5 minutes on abs! Spot reduce myth

If your abs don’t show, you need to shed fat. Simple as that. You can not spot reduce. Squats, deadlifts, chin-ups and overhead presses will do just fine!

Someone at 5-6% body fat who chin-ups 15 times his/her body weight with weak underdeveloped abs ain’t happening. Do 5 min. of “abs” 2 times per week.

Don’t waste your time with ab machines or whatever the hell you’re doing

Beyond that don’t waste your time with crunches, ab machines, leg raises or whatever the hell you’re doing. It won’t give you results, it will only suck time and energy from what you should be doing. COMPOUND EXERCISES!!

Advertisers exploit and deceive

Advertisers exploit this concept when advertising but studies have shown that it is not possible to reduce fat in one area by exercising that one body part. Fat is lost from the entire body as a result of smart dieting and consistent exercise. MILD caloric deficit is recommended for reducing pure overall fat.

Still a firm myth and misunderstanding among many many noobies out there. The power of correct and tiny daily habits, rather than willpower and discipline leads to succes!
