We exhale burned fat, we don’t sweat it out

Debunked by LabShapers

Did you ever witnessed a fluid resulting from a burn process?

Excess calories are stored in your body as fat, in the form of “triglyceride”. The only thing you should remember is that it they consist of C’s H’s and O’s…To burn fat, the C’s and H’s and O’s should therefore be detached from each other. This process is called oxidation. oxi … .gen oxygen!

Oxygen plays an essential role in the fat-burning process. Fortunately we all breathe automatically 🙂

What do we mean exactly? As a result of the oxidation the triglycerdies are converted into CO2 and H2O; in other words, water and carbon dioxide.. or CO2! We also know that we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide! Hence, we EXHALE the burned fat! We do not sweat it out!
